Estate Management Team, Hygiene and Cleanliness
You’ll find hand sanitiser units at key various locations around the estate, with many of the retailers providing hand sanitiser for customers.
We have introduced enhanced cleaning across the estate and will be paying extra attention to any surfaces that you might come into contact with, such as handles, handrails, bike racks and seating.
If at all possible, we’d encourage you to come to Circus West Village on foot or by bike. There is a Santander bike station under Chelsea Bridge, Lime bikes which can be parked in most places and ample parking for your own bike on the piazza.
Places to Eat and Drink
Most of the restaurants and cafes are open for dine in and take away options. You can enjoy your takeaway food and drinks in the public spaces, but please respect the social distancing rules.
WCs are open and baby changing facilities are available and located down Arches lane past Archlight Cinema and under the Grosvenor Arch bridge (the POWER bridge). Enhanced cleaning routines are in place in the WCs.
Do I need to wear a face mask when visiting Circus West Village? In England, you must wear a face covering in a number of indoor settings, many of which apply at our retailers. Please visit the Government website here to see the full list.
What are the new social distancing guidelines? The government announced a relaxation to the 2-metre distancing guidance, with the introduction of the ‘one metre plus’ advice. This means that where it is not possible to maintain a 2-metre distance, the ‘one metre plus’ advice should be followed. 2 metres continues to be the recommended distancing and should be followed wherever possible. Across Circus West Village we will continue to promote and encourage 2-metre distancing.
